He's pretty much the epitome of Chaotic Good. He genuinely wants what's best for Azeroth but his methods are generally... A little questionable and in typical dragon fashion he's confident that he always knows the right solution. Even if it involves starting a war. Or freeing a war criminal. Or engaging in time shenanigans. You gotta do what you gotta do, right?
